Horrible customer service. Agent Amanda Humphries is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This agency strung my family along for weeks, never helped us with showings once, never answered questions and always had an excuse. Then the "agent" blew us off and told us her schedule was too conflicting - DON'T EVER CALL THIS AGENCY

If there was anything less available than one start it will be the perfect match to rate this company. I know the market and the business and as a Real Estate Professional Customer satisfaction is always the goal either for compensantion or just to win clients and good reviews, like this case all contrary. Currently this Gavish Agency has houses on the market where some of them been short sale - bank repo or just too long on market attract squatters, which I totally understand, now been next to one of those properties is a bad experience especially having small children. Politely called them to inform they had been brakings into their listing and actually prevented from been tore appart and have their appliances and cooper piping taking off their listing. Metro has responded to my calls because of my concern of squatters and thiefs brakings where previously jumped over the fence to my land. When tryed to follow up with Company, agents were rude, aggressive and careless of my situation as been next to one of their abandoned listing, when in fact I did helped them from been stoled and probably have their listing damage. Hope this shows how much they care about #1 professionalism #2 the community #3 clients or future clients! Thank you!

Gavish Real Estate has a wonderful team that is informative and so helpful! When we first relocated to Las Vegas we soon realized how long it takes to find a rental. The agent we used at Gavish had at least 20 listings within 24 hours that fit our criteria. We found a home that has been wonderful and now we are looking for to actually buy. The professional demeanor pf this company is outstanding. Give them a try, you'll truly enjoy working with them!

Very pleased with Gavish Real Estate, my realtor found me a home in my budget with the commodities that I wanted! Huge thanks to Gavish, everyone is very professional and was willing to help. It took my realtor two months to find a home that I liked, she stayed consistent and sent me listings almost every other day! Always kept me updated on the homes I liked, as well as the home I put a bid on before I found my current home. Truly a great company, I hope to work with them again before my lease is up at my current home!
