Brandy and Terri and the whole IRES team were wonderful. They made the process of buying and selling our home a smooth and easy process. My husband and I haven’t always had the best of luck with realtors but I can honestly say I wish every realtor was like Brandy and Terri. They treat you like family and make sure you get the best deal. They were always in communication with me and never felt out of he loop or unsure what was going on in the process. I will always recommend them to family and friends. So thankful to have found them:)

I have never dealt with any company that is 100% attentive to everything you need before. I must have asked 100 questions and I got 100 answers with each time with a pleasant response that truly cared. IRES is the place to go for any and all Real Estate needs!

They’re the best in Vegas! As a first time home buyer I felt completely at ease when I finalized my purchase thanks to all the hard work they did. For them, the relationship doesn’t end at the purchase, it continues even after moving in where they’ll make sure everything is exactly the way you want it and represent your interests to get any outstanding issues resolved.

Relocating from California, we were unsure who we could find to help us. We were introduced to Brandy and Terri at Innovative Real Estate and they were able to get us in our forever home! Lorraine Haynes Responded through email after I paid $160.00 for an application fee for My girlfriend and I. We make more then 4X the asking rent of a particular property, I have credit in the 700's we both smoke cigarettes outside and we both have perfect rental history and income (me 20 years, girlfriend 2 years) . Our "Denial" is this quote by Lorraine Haynes through email- "Ross & Michel Lorraine Hayes - "The application was sent to the owner, he did renew the application he has denied the application, based of some factors, Income, credit and Smoking status"- end quote. For $160.00 and 2 days wait I believe we deserved a better and honest explanation for our "denial". Do they just want the fees since rental houses are moving VERY quickly in Las Vegas right now? I have read a few other similar complaints.
