Look at the number of one star reviews. That's no coincidence. This is simply the worst property management company I've come across. I speak from the landlord point of view. Basically, they allowed my property to become trashed in the course of a few months. Vacancies were high, and this one manager in particular, Kyle said that it would be highly unlikely that the apartment would be ever turned around. Turns out that he was neglecting it as it became filled with trash, needles, and other debris from homeless people. At no point did he suggest to put a lock on the gate or paying a service to clean up regularly. This is probably because he rarely stepped foot on the property. Tenants had similar complaints about the company and individual. I realize that tenants have no say in who manages them. However, for landlords looking for management companies, please look elsewhere.

DO NOT USE! I was cheated out of my deposit money. Landlord refused to walk the property after move out. Landlord made up fake items to take my deposit money. Landlord charged me for appliances that broke during my tenancy. I did not even have a working refrigerator the last 4 months of my tenancy; they would not replace or repair a 17 year old refrigerator!

Karin is such an amazing realtor!! I’m so grateful we got to work with her in finding our home; we couldn’t have done it without her! She stayed in constant touch with me throughout the process and once we were in the new house, followed up to make sure everything was still good. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!

Karin did a tremendous job helping my family find a new place in such a short amount of time. She was very professional and kept us up to date on new houses on the market. She made sure that we were very well taken care of even after moving in to our now home. Karin is the best in my opinion.

The house address is 4652 troy pl 89103 the kids renting the house think they live on a race track in the middle of the night. And the this company TR realty are very poor in property management. The house use to look nice now in disrepair. Goodluck to the owners of the house getting market value . The police are called to the house at least once a week for domestic violence disturbing the peace reckless driving. I will be contacting the owners of the house . If this sounds good to you then this is the company you want to manage your rental.
