I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about my experience with Crown Point Realty. I worked with both John and Fab and to say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. They were able to show me homes at a moments notice which often was in the evening hours and on breaks from work midday. I appreciate their professionalism as well as their humanistic qualities that enabled me to trust them and the process. When there were hiccups in the process, Fab was there to give me encouragement which was much needed and appreciated. I am over the moon happy with the home we chose and can’t wait until move in day! I have worked with many other realtors who left me feeling like I was just another client and never truly understand how important this process is to each person. Both John and Fab were certainly the opposite as I felt as if they were invested and interested in helping me find a home. Thank you Angie for the referral and thank you John and Fab...for EVERYTHING. I will always use you in the future and will refer you to any friends needing assistance for their home purchasing needs!

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment with Kayla on 6/1/17 to see a property. She left the property before the appointed time and "assumed" we were one of the many people that had seen the property prior to our appointed time. I waited with my husband and 6month old baby for 45mins, leaving voicemails at her work and her cell with no return call. I also talk to her office and they had no idea where she was. After leaving voicemails and emailing her while at the property, I didnt get a reply until the following day at 12:30 that said that she was sorry and that someone that seen the property before me that day, applied and so there was no reason for me to see the property now, and I could see the property or apply on Monday if the other applicant didnt go through. I didnt even get to apply for the property I was interested in, because she didnt show and I didnt get to see it. If youre looking for a company that actually keeps their word or cares, this is not the company. Please move a long.
