My realtor/landlord! Very nice people work there!!

This property management company is terrible. It took them a month to fix an air conditioning problem and it's been almost two months and they still have not replaced flooring due to a hot water heater leak!! The sprinkler system stopped working and we had to pay out of pocket to replace the grass, all while they sit back and do nothing. These people are a joke, do not do business with them!!

The worst property management services! No return calls and grossly unprofessional. Lied to and still haven't received my due security deposit. Moved in June luckily. Would never recommend using this place especially if dealing with Shannon Garcia.

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. I am only renting but I can't imagine trying to sell my house with this place! Horrible service, delayed call backs- and they neglect the terms of the lease! Worst mistake was signing my lease with them - can't wait to move out in JULY
