I cannot say enough good things about Pete and his team. Within 1 day of being on the market we had a multiple offer situation. Pete was great in walking us thru the offers so we could make the best choice. The Torsiello group is very easy to work with, and hands down goes above and beyond to look out for their clients. As I full time teleworker, I rely on my home office to get work done, however I can’t be there when showings are taking place, Pete offered me a place at his office to work, that is how dedicated Pete is his clients. Warning to people using this agent. I was serious about buying one of Pete's houses. Had solid financing in place. My agent repeatedly tried to get a hold of him. He called and texted after we submitted an offer. I couldn't believe he never responded. Then after 24 hrs he acknowledges our offer and said he would get back to us. Another 24 hours passes and nothing. I told my agent to say respond or we will walk. My agent never heard a thing from him. NOT A THING. No counter offer. No telling us there was an accepted offer. The guy just flaked off! A shame for the seller as I noticed what the final offer was. We would've paid more. I am not sure if the owner ever knew about our offer. We bought another house no problem but was relieved this agent had nothing to do with it as he seems everywhere in the northwest. Very unprofessional.

I agree, extremely rude . I walked in very unwelcomed. I came in to drop off an application, The lady behind the counter and a lady standing by the counter just stared, they did not say Hi, or didn’t ask if I needed any assistance. The lady that did end up going through my application was walking me through was I was missing very rudely. I just had a horrible experience, I wish I knew the lady’s name. You guys need to talk to some kf your employees and teach them the most basic form of customer service because they don’t even know that.

I was looking at one of Pete Torsiello's houses that he has on the market and as I am looking through the house, I can hear him on the phone talking to someone complaining about another agent and his clients. Mr. Torsiello was really going to town bad mouthing the other agent. I ended up leaving the house I was looking at because I thought to myself if he is bad mouthing other agents, who else is he bad mouthing?! Really unprofessional and rude!
