While going to the bathroom! There were 3 Hispanic's that came in and went to the bathroom at the same time. All 3 took a leak and didn't wash there hands! They all were in the lumper office on break when i went to pay for there service's!!! Nice to see they follow food safety reg's!!! BUILD THE WALL!!!

I arrived 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment. I was placed on the dock. Had a $350.00 plumper fee and I didn't get unloaded until 5 hrs and 45 minutes later. They wouldn't provide any in and out times for me to verify my status which made me look bad for my next scheduled appointment.

I guess it’s different for everyone else. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs. Best way to get here is to take Verona rd ( hwy 18) from ( hwy 14 ) And then go to mckee rd make a left. Go down half a mile I think, then turn left onto ( spoke dr ) follow the road down about half a mile, the entrance on the left side. Go inside and park on the right side. Check in under red entrance, pick up the phone on the wall on the right side and tell them for pu/del. side note: make sure to bring cash or check for lumper fee. Thank you reading this, I try to help everyone I can in a best way possible. Tip: they do have some overnight parking I think but not sure.

Poorly managed company. Lack of leadership felt throughout the whole company.
