I must say they are great! Maria is always very helpful. Our property manager, Javier, is easy to reach through his cell phone so in the event of emergency we get the life person on the phone rather than answering machine. Our building is clean and well taken care of. I'm glad we hired them. They made our life easier.

Stay away from these guys, they making fun of tenants . I’m a current tenant in North Bergen, I’ve been in a bad situation since I lived here, I have no heat which is against the law and this caused me Medical issues . I’ve contacted these guys by phone and emails many many times and complained, they said that they have replaced the boiler recently , but I still don’t have heat, sometimes the heat is on for 30 min at most within low temperature and turns off again for hours. The plumbing company guys came to my apartment 3 times and told me they they coming back in a few days to replace the radiators valves (living room and bedroom) but never show up again, every time a new face. Shame on them. Stay away please and don’t waste your time and money
