The big guy that works the front of the store is a huge prick. We’ve been doing business at Chslstroms for over 20 years. Bait and archery it’s a great place. But if the big guy is working we will drive way out of the way and give business to someone else. John and sue you have to fire that guy. He will continue to make people go elsewhere.

Great selection of new and used mathews bows. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel good about giving my business to this family owned enterprise.

I have never experienced customer service like this in my LIFE. The staff goes well out of the way to not only help you find what you're looking for but they teach you everything they know about the product as well! Super friendly , extremely professional. Me and my wife went on our anniversary to price some bows and we ended up buying the bows that the staff let us shoot and try out for hours! felt very confidant in our purchase and our new archery abilities. Even the fellow range archers were friendly ! This place is truly a gem. I love their business and will recommend them to anyone I can! Stop by and you'll see for yourself.

Great experience!!! I brought my Mathews bow in to get new strings. Not only did they do a great job the tech brought me out to the range to make sure my bow was sited in!!!
