My husband and I always enjoy shopping there. We usually leave with an armload of archery supplies after at least an 1 1/2 hours of great conversation with Gary! 👍

Awesome service! If you need a bow, supplies or a place to shoot, this is a must stop. Beautiful facility.

Highly recommend. Showed up on a Saturday with a bow my step son got for Christmas. We did not buy the bow from here. The owner of the shop took an hr out of his day to adjust the bow fix the peep and set up proper draw length. Not at any time did it seem like he expected us to buy anything for doing this. I did buy some arrows for his bow and I will be making all my future purchases for my next bow and bow accessories here. Big thumbs up!!

I know of three guys including myself who were turned away in the last 8 weeks because we were looking for after market archery accessories and service but we weren't shooting the right brand. I was rudely cut of when I was explaining my problem and told, "we don't work on those bows." Despite the fact I wanted aftermarket strings/cables that anyone could put on any bow. Well, that attitude cost Itasca Archery Supply over $3000 in sales. I took my business (and cash) and my father's business (and cash) elsewhere. I wonder how much money Itasca Archery Supply has lost from the people I have steered away and on to other drillers. After reaching out to the dealer in an polite and professional e-mail I received nothing but impolite and rude responses. This is not a place to get quality customer service.
