I was trying to book a premier suite for an upcoming stay in NY but it looks like the website is down and the phone is not ringing when I dial the number listed. I can book via third party websites but always like to try and go to the main hotel booking site if possible. Hopefully it will be up and running again soon!
Great hotel and very well located in the heart of the city. The shower is amazing, the bed is so comfortable, the room is large and the room with a balcony had a lot of space and amazing views. Love this hotel. Highly recommend it. The staff is also amazing.
Wonderful hotel near to Central Park. Very friendly staff. Great quality of rooms. Water and many things included, like wine from 6pm. Very big rooms. Great price / quality ratio.

Every time we left the hotel, would offer us water to take along, and ordered us taxis whenever needed.What a gracious and thoughtful young man!
