We had a great experience. Michael was great, he was so nice and helpful. Never pressured us into buying anything. We took our time looking at everything and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. I purchased my first Chanel handbag and he made this experience very special.

Spent $24563.04 at store last month. One the jackets I purchased needed to be re-sized by the tailor. Sales guy Michae told me that it needed three weeks to be done and he would text/ call me when it's ready. Now it has been over a month and he never texted me. I thought maybe I should text him and ask. When I just texted him asked if the jacket is ready, he even asked me what jacket it is... Totally disappointed by the service and would never come back again.

this boutique was extremely accommodating and kind to me I worked with Jeremy Sinclair to find a fragrance and he matched me with one I really love. I participated in their mood board experience which aligned me with the perfect fragrance for me as well. Overall it was a very lovely trip and I’ll definitely go back to this boutique again.

I went in for an exchange and the customer service was excellent. the lady attending me sadly I didn’t get her name. She was so patient and attentive. The only thing I would say is that they never answer calls. Overall good customer service!

I just wanted to say that my experience at Chanel Boston MA is beyond amazing. The director Thomas helped me with my purchase. He was so helpful, professional, and friendly. I would definitely and highly recommend all my friends and family.

So this is a store you’re NOT allowed to browse in. I stepped in to look at fragrances, and when my friend said she was looking at shoes upstairs, the saleswoman said we could not browse separately, that “my wife” and I had to stay together as a party. When I said I wanted to look at fragrances and not women’s shoes, she reiterated that I needed to stay with my “wife.” There is no warning or explanation about this forced guided tour of the store when you enter, and I resent this pathetic heteronormative garbage regarding presumption of marriage. Chanel is a brand I’ll definitely avoid now.

I had the pleasure of shopping at this boutique with my wife and The GM Thomas made our experience unforgettable. It was towards the end of the day and he immediately let us in since we had a toddler and it was hot. Thomas also helped us secure a boy bag when he learned it was my wife’s bday. our sales rep Mikayla was also very down to earth and easy to work with. thank-you for the memorable shopping experience team Chanel!!!

Best Service definitely taking a trip back to the Boutique. Sorayah assisted me and answered all my questions she was so nice and welcoming definitely requesting her assistance next visit.

Horrible customer service nobody as in nobody answers the phones. You call customer service its like dont even waste your time. Im not sure how to reach to that store i might just visit them to deal with my issue? Horrible service for what they offer.

I had a very nice visit today, made extra pleasant by Jaclyn. I am not a very stylish man, but she was nice and helpful just the same. I ended up buying a bottle of Chanel 19 EDT and I love it!
