Super nice staff, very welcoming. My SA Cindy has been very patient with me and provided me with service that's above and beyond. I've had a very positive experience at this specific branch.
My experience was amazing actually with Anastasia only , she’s very sweet not rude at all she will help you as much as she can. She offered me what i wanted exactly and will always have a smile on her face something that is not normal to see with Hermes staff.
I don't think I'll be back at the Boston Store. The person in charge is a woman who can speak Japanese. Her attitude was very rude, unfriendly and despised. She looks down on her customers. I knew it was almost out of stock so far, but she ridiculed us and she said, "I don't think you can find it anywhere in the world." I couldn't find what I wanted or liked, but I wanted to go buy something else. But soon I noticed her attitude and the tone of her voice. She recommends unsold designs. I felt her attitude wanted us to leave the store early. She was very uncomfortable. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had in Hermes.
I had a terrible experience here. When i arrived to the store i did not feel welcomed and the sales associate didn’t offer much help looking around the store. i’ve had experiences at high end stores and this was by far the worst. I decided to purchase a pair of shoes and when i came home to open the box the shoes had visible wear and tear to them. they were creased and the wood sole had a chip in it.
Cindy is a very nice to me and helped me a lot. She makes me feel so comfortable and very patient with all my questions. I’m happy that I met a sales person like her.
I'm organizing my trip to Boston and I thought about including the Hermes store in my shopping itinerary. However, after reading the reviews and bad experiences from other customers, I refuse to be in a place that treats its customers so badly. I am a lawyer and my husband is a doctor, so we are able to purchase quality products, as long as the service is up to par, which does not seem to be the case at this Hermes unit.
I have had two great experiences here. My wife and I felt welcomed. we were offered a tour of the brand throughout the entire store, where we were able to ask questions and learn about their history. My SA is amazing and he is truly a gentleman.
Just moved to the USBoston, unfortunately I am a new customer now. But, I had a great experience at this boutique so far. I’ve met with Anastasia, a great help, very friendly SA and she showed me great pieces at the stores, when I was looking to collect different pieces for my mom, although there were some pieces that weren’t available at the store yet. So far, happy with the experience and looking to go back soon to collect some more pieces, hope there’ll be special pieces coming in soon.
Wife wanted a particular wedge shoe for my 50th b day. Couldn’t locate it anywhere. Called the Copley store and spoke with Chris who was able to locate them in another state. Happy to say that she received them within a few days way ahead of the event. Super happy!!! Happy wife happy life!!! Great customer service!!! Thanks Chris
Absolutely the worst retail brand in history.I spent more than 38K dollars and still no quota bag.They just tell you to wait.
