Horrible just horrible I went to Charley’s and all they did was take for ever to give me my order and when I got my fries finally after hours of them talking to some random girl they didn’t have any ranch in them and not so much cheese which is the whole point of the gourmet fries! We ordered online because the app states “skip the line”. Don’t ever do that at this store! They continually took everyone else’s orders and fed them first. They didn’t even look at our online order until the line slowed down. We asked multiple times about our order. We submitted store feedback. Someone from the store called that evening to say “I calling to ask you sorry but we were busy.” Apparently I wasn’t considered a customer by ordering online. Our order was received 30 minutes after we placed it and even then…they left out the kid’s meal. We would have received our food much faster by standing in line. The store response was completely unacceptable. The drinks were mostly ice. The sandwiches were dry with very little meat. After the store responded to the online feedback, I submitted a request for someone above store level to contact us. I won’t eat there again. I was excited about going to Charleys. I love the food and service at other Charleys locations. Charleys…please fix this problem.
Extremely overpriced!!! Paid $36 dollars for 2 regular philly combos. Sandwich was mostly bread. I was pretty excited to try this place, but left disappointed and will never return to pay them expensive prices for there not very good cheesesteaks. Also got charged for two ranches that we didn’t ask forFood: 1/5
Was super excited to come and try this place. Definitely left disappointed. The Philly steak tasted just like corned beef; to the saltiness, the string like feeling of it. The fries were good but the cheese was super salty. Maybe it tastes better on a busier day? $28.50 spent for 2 regular sandwiches and a combo on one with cheese fries. The service was decent. Both woman had a welcoming smile. The atmosphere, wasn’t busy and could hear a conversation.
Their chicken Buffalo sandwich was so good, I've found my new favorite sandwich. Food: 5/5
Didn't taste so bad, but too pricey: I paid $13 for the sub in the photo . I don't think it's worth that much.
I haven't heard of anyone getting food poisoning from this location, which is already better than Jordan Creek. However, I noticed that the daily special for a small sandwich the non-promotional/seasonal/special kinds and fries is $7.79. Which is what I got. Then I also got a Lrg drink. I looked at my receipt which showed that a combo costs $5.48, and then I was charged $7.79 for the sandwich. Now, I don't know if I was charged $5.48 just for a large drink, or if this place adds $5.48 just because you get a combo... which is confusing because now I want to know what it would cost if I got just the sandwich and fries in a separate transaction from the drink. The tax isn't even a full dollar, so it's not tax adding that much extra to the price. At most food places, if you get a combo it's actually cheaper than if you got everything separately. But here it's like opposite applies. They charge you an extra $5.50 just because you got a drink to make your order a combo so they can up the price you pay v.s. just getting the sandwich and fry with no drink. I just don't think a lrg drink is worth $5.50...
Nice and good staff. ProffessionalFood: 4/5
Way too expensive for the quality. Fries were under cooked. Meat was dry and burnt, no sauce on sandwiches. Cost $15 per person.
It’s beginning to get sloppy. Not enough help. It need some structure. The is always one of the longest line in the food quart. The food was not good on 9/17. Very chaotic among staff.Food: 2/5
