I wasnt wearing my glasses so couldn't see dudes nametag but I THINK it said Roosevelt. Young dude with dreads. Super friendly, very professional. In a time that people are avoiding each other as well as possible or being just plain rude, this was a nice way to start the day.

Does anyone answer the phone there? The tellers are great, but there are always 4 people at desks and it is not busy, and NO ONE answers the phone.

We only deal with Carl. He is awesome, friendly and provides The Best customer service.

They take forever to help they only have 2 bankers helping and I was sitting down for a long time nobody bother to ask me if I needed help shame on u guys

Sat for 10 mins in the lobby with my 2 babies, and wife to open a checking account. Candice introduces herself and then tells us we need an appointment to open a checking account! Never had a bank tell me I have to come back another day with an appointment to start banking with them. LMAO what a joke!
