The tellers are usually nice, however it's pretty irritating to come in to a line out the door and only 2 tellers are helping. Everytime I come inside its a half hour wait if not longer!! It's not like I can get rolled change in the drive through!!!

The staff are eager to help every time I have been there, lost my card and got another one super quickly! Btw Sherry is awesome she rocks, helped me with everything I had questions about and her attitude was cheerful which made it a very pleasant visit.

I've been to this branch and love the service people are always ready to help as soon as you walk in

20 minutes in 1 of 5 teller drive up lanes, and only 2 cars out of all of us has been helped. Tried calling twice, but no one answers the phone. Only 1 if 2 drive up ATMs are functioning. Now I can't get out of line because the design of the whole area doesn't allow for anyone to escape once queued up.

This drive thru service is very slow! I been waiting for 30 minutes. I got here before some cars yet there being helped before me, which is unfair. And no one acknowledged me to say anything. I had to push service button to ask if my deposit was almost ready...

Horrible customer service. Don’t use the drive thorough. Waited over a hour to cash a checked, called the teller and they had no idea about my transaction. Just horrible.

First time visiting. Had to cash my payroll check. The service was fast. The teller Roxana was super! Very nice and helpful.
