Always have excellent service here! The Tellers are sweet and accommodating.
This branch is a nice bank, all the people are friendly and helpful. That includes the manager. And Chase bank itself is an innovative bank; they have a lot of new plans and programs that are pretty useful. Everyone here seems to go a little farther to help than I'm used to these days.
Apparently it isn't necessary to them to put a sign up on the atm that it was out of cash. I'm now hundreds of dollars short because it pulled from my non-chase card but then they said it was out of money after the transaction. I tried getting their help but they said it wasn't their fault. So now I'm down the money with no help.
A lot of traffic near this Chase Bank, so I usually go to a different branch
Very accommodating
You need to remove the homeless in front of the bank. I moved to another branch. I do not feel safe there.

I called 10 times a day to make appointment Nobody answers the phone
