If I could leave zero stars I would. UNPROFESSIONAL, NON COURTEOUS Workers at this location. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. This location is primarily why I Will not open an account with BofA.
This branch is a joke! I have never met a manager who is so not willing to do their job. She was rude gave attitude and was so outrageously obnoxious that I didnt even want to stay in the same room as her. Good luck to the people who do business with BOA bc shes a reason to leave.
They are very slow inside and if you loose your card and order a new one they’ll give you the runs rounds. I’ve been waiting on my kard for 3 weeks now and they told me I would have it in 3 - 4 days and I still don’t have my kard
Been doing business at this branch for years and always been treated fair and courteous! Yeah its a busy branch and slow but I can understand when your under staff! The parking can sometimes be a problem, specially holidays!!
One teller and 4 people opeing accounts when asked if they can help with line manager stated no that's all we have didn't apologize or anything! 8 workers in here and only 1 teller open...1 hour in here and counting and they just locked there doors at 4:54 and locked guest out!
Cool people but OMG the line is always OUTRAGES please change this by putting more tellers to assist the customers, so we can get in and out. thank you kindly
