Wells Fargo Bank

Excellent service. Had some questions about sending money out of the country and Diana Aguilar helped me out every step of the way. Not only did she make an appointment for me, but also assisted me in my in the transfer. Was greeted at the door, they followed Covid procedures, and where professional.

Really nice location and very nice and polite team.

Well they opened a new branch off of Maryland Parkway and it's also a very clean facility and they are doing very well on trying to keep everyone safe. The sanitizing is kept up around the clock with customer's..I trust Wells Fargo bank for my banking needs!!

Only had two tellers had to wait for 45 mins to enter building so ridiculous.. should have a job fair or something hire more employees

Terrible tellers. Had to come back in twice. Then wait in line twice to be sent to new accounts to sit and wait for 40 minutes. The manager on duty is rude. This is a terrible bank. Half the staff have no clue what they are doing. Should have all new managers and tellers.

This bank seems to go out of it's way to make it difficult for the disabled to get assistance.

Went to this bank off of Boulder hwy @ Indios to learn that this bank dose not cash payroll checks with stubs attached from other branches though they can't provide a policy in writing very unfortunate B.of A. Dose cash payroll checks for a sm. Fee please share and like if this 411 is helpful.
