The bank is closed because of covid and the Atm machines are down. You guys need to update the store hours on the app and the google maps so we dont cone in vane
Bank close for the pandemic, we have to go to the drive-thru ,waiting time hour an half, too much for us ,everything is almost open with 250 people max ,and you still close,!
Had a accident where I was robbed out front by the atm and they have failed to help with the situation or turn over any surveillance video to aid in the case. I’m sure that if it happened to the actual company or one of their employees then everything would have been figured out that day.
Lousy service 1 teller and 10 customers. I stood in line for almost an hour while the manager sat behind his little computer and offered no assistance. Get it together nobody has time for that.
Love banks that have outside ATM's. In and out fast!
