Terrible service. Really bad experience. Huge line, not enough employees.

Delmy this worker has a nasty attitude unable to help me in all my request whats the point of having useless workers there if they dont wanna help custumers.

The manager Veronica refused to cash my check, kept on asking me questions about why im not cashing it at my bank. Didn't help me at all. I went to Bank of America off of  Nellis down the street and they cashed it no problem.

Not enough tellers , this place is a joke 10 windows and one sometimes two tellers , this is unacceptable!!! I have been with this branch for 38 years ???

There is one teller helping people and 3 other people just chilling in the back talking there is no sense of urgency here at all. If you can stand in line for 30- 40 mins this is the bank for you. Get some more CSRs in here during your busy hours or hire new people that are willing to take care of your customers.

You have to be Mexican to get help in here they let two people go infront of me an when i said something about it they ask me to leave horrible service i would give them no stars if i could
