This is those places you don't care to drive 5 to 6 miles from your house just to get that kind of service juan the manager he is the best with his team thank juan for your help

I dealt with Jose Cruz universal banker to do a simple transaction that I've done many times before and he said he can't do it without even trying. I ask for a branch manager and he was no where to be found at 4pm on a Thursday. So no one was able to assist me beyond Jose. Jose please update your training. Bad service

I called twice today to ask a question or two. I was immediately put on hold twice for too long.now I understand they were busy. But apparently they need more help. I didn't get to ask what I called to ask either.
