Bank of America

This bank is in compliance with social distancing. Their were only 2 tellers on duty, however the wait wasn't too long. There were also 2 associates 5o help with no cash banking issues. The security guard was were very helpful with keeping distancing in order and tending to the help of those that had physical impairments.

The worst service ever! Nine people standing around plus a manager and an assistant manager but only one window was open! This is outrageous! More than 18 people waiting inside and a lot waiting outside! This is way too dangerous specially during COVID19!!!!

This place is a nice place with nice workers, only down fall is that this place takes forever to Assist you. It's not a good place to conduct business if your In not to much of a hurry.. please you have to have a lot of patience with this BANK..

This branch is extremely slow. 10 employees and they refused to open another teller until all the customers in line started to complain. I wish I could give this branch 0 starts

Long line only two tellers then one leaves and the one left is taking forever while the rest of the employees in the back very bad service I was in line for 30 minutes

Orribile experience,I tried to take the temporary debit cards and the manager she said you need make appointments,the name at the temporary manager is Yesenia, and the permanent manager is Elbert Chang, please go in nada branch but not this if you no want loose your time
