Wells Fargo Bank

I just spent 40 minutes in the drive through line, only to be told, "We are not doing Cashiers Checks". By the time I got to the front of the line they had 2 ladies out there talking to customers, but when I first got in line at 11:40 no employees were out there.

Wouldn't even make change for me. If Wells Fargo isn't opening false accounts or making money, they don't care about helping the community.

I have waited 40 min and they are still serving the same guy at teller window. Why don't they have more than one teller working. Plenty of employees walking around helping no one. One of them even brought in Starbucks for some of them. What happened to timely service

My whole family banks at Wells Fargo I love the girls up there and the guys.

Future reference, your bank need more than just one teller for the business line.

Can manage to go across the street and make a quick transaction in under 10 mins. Not a bad stop
