After a mix up for appointments at the N Decatur location, their teller, Josh D’Amore, came to our rescue. He was courteous, professional, and completely helped us feel that moving our money to their institution was the right choice. Because if him, we are looking forward to our future banking with Wells Fargo.
I'd give them ZERO STARS if I could. This bank is totally unprofessional and inconvenient. They never answer the phone, their lines are always long in the drive thru, and their fees for services like money orders and cashiers checks are way too high. I am slowly but surely moving all my money out of Wells Fargo!
Horrible experience i went to the drive-thru and I can barely hear the teller and she had me waiting for a while and when I told her that I couldn't hear her she gave me a nasty attitude I can believe they have people with 0 customer service working here

Have been a regular customer here for 2 years. Always friendly and professional. Great customer service. Occasionally teller lines will get long, but staff is very efficient.
I love here all of the staff all so friendly and helpful.
