I’m a merchant customer and I’m in the merchant line and they just keep calling from the other side. Why even get in the merchant line

All BOA wants is, money. Your money. They are making it impossible for you to get your funds. Am guessing is a good profit for them.

Their atn can't dispense money. They steal money from you if you have an account. WORST BANK EVER, RUN!

First of the month, only 1 teller window open. People lined up outside around the building in July.

If you only have one teller open and you're talking to people about home loans open 2 more windows if that's your whole thing is on trying to push people to get loans!! We come in thr morning to do depositswe have businesses to run also!!

Horrible service in my opinion. Notary is never available and the employee in the front is an absolute idiot. She requested to see my documents to “make sure there was a notary block.” Unbelievable...why would I go in requesting a notary if there was nothing to be notarized...
