U.S. Bank Branch

This morning been really disappoint with the teller in this branch, I asked for help, .. bad actitud and unprofessional saying loud the negative amount of the account.Specially people at this time with not job.

Why is this the second time this year i have not been able to deposit cash at an atm!!?? Why can i deposit checks but not cash???! Very disappointing and leaving me considering switching completely over to AFCU.

This is a convenient location as it is in the corner of the plaza. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This time I needed a notary. She was available on a Saturday which was helpful. On previous visits inside this location the tellers have been quick and efficient. A nice US Bank branch.

I'm surprised to see these poor ratings! The staff are so nice and so polite. Waiting is to be expected, but it wasn't terribly long. I was able to get everything I needed done within a reasonable amount of time and relative ease. Any concerns and questions I had were answered expertly, and I had an overall excellent experience.

After 45 minutes In the drive Thru I was told my simple withdrawal would take more time as the manager approved the amount. I ended up leaving without the cash because of the frustration. Highly disappointing and ridiculous.

The bank tellers are very nice and helpful. My only gripe would be that the ATM is not serviced properly and either does not have money to dispense or not in service.

Atm will eat your card if it's not a US Bank issued card. Beware. Management is no help and has no empathy.

Don't try to deposit money at the ATM. It will keep your money and not add it to your account. Getting it deposited will be a pain in the butt and a bunch of phone calls to people who can't help you.
