This review is for amber. I lost my debit card and ID and the north Decatur branch told me that I’m pretty much screwed. So I called this location and amber informed me of all my options to prove my identity. So thank you for being knowledgeable and taking the time to explain everything over the phone.
Amazing customer service by Amber. I schedule an appointment we had a warm welcome by everyone. My appointment was on time, Amber was super helpful with everything, she explained everything and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you Amber!!

In and out w/help of friendly, professional & charming staff.... Anakary, Tahlina & another manstaffwho took the time to Google & give me directions to my next place of business.. 5.0 is highest but would give more if allowed! BTW/ I was not hassled about my service dog which is ALWAYS a plus!!!! Great job.
Customer service is absolutely lacking here.
The branch is clean, the employees are friendly, but the surrounding area feels somewhat unsafe at night. I have never had any problems here and primarily use the drive through.
Terrible bank, especially if you own a business.
