Called ahead because another branch was refusing to cash out my EE savings bonds due to a name change through marriage. The staff was helpful and was aware of all company policies to be able to help with my request. They helped me fill out the correct information and was able to transfer the money where it needed to go. All of the staff here were helpful and wonderful to chat with. I highly recommend coming into this branch and I will be coming in every time I need to do something in person. I can't recommend this branch and its staff enough.
Not sure how a bank can hold a check for two weeks? When its 2022 amd its only $20,000
I have been a long time customer of this branch, both as a business and personal. I freaking love these guys. Alicia the branch manager has always taken care of me in tough situations. Richard has been such a solid reliable banker. He's the face I first see walking through the door and he always greets me, even if just a wave cause he's on the phone. Then our lovely tellers from Carolyn to Abby to other's I'm sure are just as wonderful that I've yet to meet. I just met Allison today a new banker for that location and she was so down to earth and explained things clearly while sharing some personal details making us all feel like a family. You all are rock stars!!!! I have plenty of issues with big banks and am frankly not a fan of any. I left chase and tried another big branch and couldn't stand it. These folks here are the sole reason I came back to Chase.
New customer only a few months. Did a digital deposit which says can take up to 24 business days to process. I waited a weekend plus an additional 48 hrs, & by then they had placed a 14 day hold on my check. I helped haley to get in touch with the bank & merchants to verify check, & they did.. But she still refused to release check. I still haven't been able to pay my bills & now owe hundreds in late fees because of this.. I will be closing my account as soon as I get my money.
Experienced the worst customer service from a banker. Came to the bank to set up an account for my daughter at 4:41pm, he refused to set up an account before he said it takes at least 45 mins to ask questions and they close at 5:00pm. I tried to explain I drove 1.5 hours to get here and had to get off work early to get here before you closed. I also informed him I called earlier and asked all the requirements to set up an account for my daughter and I was driving along way and didn't want to forget anything. He still refused, said I need to come back tomorrow and maybe try McMinnville since it's closer. I've never had such rude service from someone before.. chase definitely needs to do extra customer service. I will never go back and seriously think I'm switching to wells Fargo due to the lack of effort when having t o travel long distance to have terrible services.
Usually in and out quickly. Sometimes have to wait as the bankers are busy with other customers. Usual wait time is between 2 minutes to about a max of 10 minutes if the bankers are busy with deposits as well as the drive thru. Great people work here tho
Alicia the manager has been subject of two complaints - I'm a former banking consultant and I've filed complaint with the OCC - any other women who've experienced Alicia being rude to women and families please contact the OCC; my eight year-old son said Candace has a "fake smile" and made faces at me behind my back when Candace didn't understand the problem and kept talking down to me as if I were slow. It was a circus in there and the only responsible teller was sheepishly trying to apologize for the other's behavior - I'm appalled my son had to witness "Mean Girls" at a bank. I'm not an angry one-time complainer - this is second incident and I'm following up with the regulators.
I was surprised to find that you had to make an appointment with a banker to open an account and there were no openings till the next day. I think maybe they need to hire more bankers?
I never wait for more than one customer. Very friendly, yet professional staff.
They always get me in and out super fast, and they're always super friendly.
