Hours are absolutely horrible for the working person. And now they’re closed during 12-1 so that people can’t even use their lunches to come during the day to do in person services. Very inconvenient. Very much so going to consider switching banks.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS wait time in lobby on Saturdays. 1 hr. 10 minutes!! Tried to get $500 in $5 Bill's for my business and was told that can only be done in the lobby - even though I have an account.
There is no way to actually speak with someone at the bank when you call. It goes to a call center instead.
This Bank location is hard to get basic services from. Holds on cash deposits, no unrolled change allowered and unbelievably slow lines. They acted like that's what you get when you come here. Unfortunately, its my local branch so I avoid it at all costs. Online banking only now, I guess.
Horrible service: one teller. 10 people in line.
Whether the line/lobby is busy or calm the employees are always kind! Even getting to know bank members personally and recognizing them when they arrive!
