The lady acted like i was interrupting her phone call and after she finally hung up was short , dismissive. The manager was equally rude. That'll be the last time i do any business in that branch, if i don't close my account .
Alicia was really helpful and quick to provide some assitence with an old account i had a setback on. She helped adjust the account and was very polite. Will definetly be returning in the future!
My worst experience by far. They try to denied my cash advance from my credit card. Tank God the manager was there to assist. I been a chase customer for over 20 years and it was my first bad experience
The only branch I'll use. Super friendly and helpful staff.
