Find staff at this branch professional and courteous, helpful in setting up new account, in providing other services. Chase's online banking platform is awesome. I speak as a refugee from the mess at Sterling Bank, once the beloved Greater New York, then Astoria.

Wait time for representative way too long. They have workers chit chatting amongst and/or on the personal phones. They keep telling customers we will be right with you and continue with their personal business.

This is one of our worse Chase bank locations. Save yourself some agita and walk to 7th and President. Nice walk, too.

This particular Chase has its act together. That's high praise, especially compared to the hot mess five blocks down.

Worst staff. Female teller had a bad attitude and was not professional at all. Made me wait 30 minutes and didn't even help me out.
