Unfriendly staff that was unattended and didn’t even look at the front page of my passport when asked to validate security information. Meanwhile, the staff asked me to call the service center instead of helping me with solving my issue. I had some similar issue with my BoA account last week and was solved within twenty minute with the banker over there.
I recently had several important banking issues to resolve, and the staff at this location was very helpful and worked diligently to assist and resolve my issues. The staff was knowledgeable and caring, and took the time to both sit down with me as well as follow-up by phone and email. I am very thankful to have a Citibank branch at this convenient location.
I came to the bank with very serious problem, I spoke with manager and it was not the way you should speak to customers, she spoke to me rude and unwillingly, she didn’t listen and kept interrupt me. She said she has two kids and she’s not going to lose her job. So she thinks I came there to do that?! After all she yeched turned around and left. And she is a manager! I feel sorry for the workers. This is promoting incompetent person. Hope she will never be promoted again!
Evil - gave me a credit card that was exactly the opposite of what I needed and lied to my face about it. Banker Irina Mullokandov is horrible at her job. Called tens of times and they never pick up.
Twice I stopped by to get help with something and both times I was sent back with useless and irrelevant information. It seriously seems like all the employees there are on their first day internship training with zero clue and all they’re trying to do is to get you out the door asap
This is the worst bank. I had the displeasure of working with Marion Sevrain. He couldn't correctly copy my drivers licence. He doesn't respond to my emails. This bank has very incompetent employees.
No notary at this location. I asked if she knew of any other branch that has a notary, she didn’t know and couldn’t help direct me to a branch that does have a notary.
