All around pleasant experience at this Chase branch. I was greeted at entrance by Kathy who was extremely helpful and takes customer service seriously. Kathy set me up with Keith to resolve my account issues quickly. I’ve been a Chase customer for over 10 years and it’s because of employees like Kathy and Keith.
