I visited this bank to use their ATM far right, next to the Subway and my card got stuck in it. I sat and called Chase to see if they could give me any tips on what I should do and it took quite some time to reach the correct person but once I did, they were very helpful and assisted me as much as they could. The woman helping me stayed at the ATM trying to get my card out for me, dealing with the cars in the line, and she waited there giving me time to cancel my card. Although I had to cancel my card, and that wasn’t the ideal situation...the issue was sorted out. I appreciate the help of each employee I spoke with as well as their patience.
The branch manager, Samantha, needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills. Her defensive and dismissive attitude and being loud when discussing a customer's banking issues are unnecessary. When trying to resolve matters involving liquidating an account, I did not deserve to be treated and spoken to as if I had done something wrong. Due to the way I was treated today and her treatment of other customers that I have observed on other occasions, I filed a complaint against Samantha. Her defensive and dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were unnecessary. Work on improving your attitude Samantha and stop being loud when discussing customers' banking issues. Customers don't deserve to be talked at in a condescending manner but instead spoken with as if Chase is happy to have their business.
This is THE WORST Chase location I have EVER been to. The Manager was completely useless in assisting with an issue with their notary Carina. Carina refused to perform notary service on a Saturday because, "It's against Chase's new policy", and was rude. When we returned on Monday we were again refused notary service because it "wasn't a document Chase notarizes", and she was again rude to us. She said Chase is going to stop doing Notary Services altogether for customers. If this is the case, it's terrible customer service, and I'm closing my Chase accounts after 30 years of being a customer.
I waited in a long line and was disappointed that the bank teller wouldn't waive the fee for a chashier's check the branch I usually go to does waive this fee for me, and she wasn't willing to look further into the issue. On my way out, the banker who was greeting patrons asked me how my experience was and I explained what happened. She went out of her way to inquire further with the branch manager about the fee and was able to have it waived after all.
I went the other day and one of the workers taught that because I spoke Spanish, she can talk to me like her family member. No respect at all. No customer service at all. I prefer to deal with the ATM before someone there. Very rude
Fast and friendly service. Always has coffee and hot chocolate for guests. Very clean and nice size. There is no drive thru service here so you have to go inside but they have a great atm outside that is well lite up and 2 more inside which provide even more fast and easy service. Thanks for always being there for me!
I just read the other reviews. I thought it was just me, but this is a terrible branch. It needs shut down or a new manager asap. The customer service is awful here. The line is always long, and they don't help people in the actual order they were waiting in line. They helped 2 people who came in after me because the other people were complaining loudly while I was waiting patiently for service. I go to the Morse and Karl Rd location for marginally better service.
This is the worst Chase Branch I have been to. The manager talk to you without any consideration. I did not find her professional. Better go somewhere else if you want a good customer service.
Nice big location. Not the easiest to get to. Pretty fast. Everything seemed to be operating properly. Will return if in the area
It does what it makes you do. FYI it has no less than 2 no more than three drive-through ATMs on the east side of the building
