Chase Bank

Good space on ATM drive through. Have been inside before decent service but speaking to representative can take a while from all chase banks. Just reviewing for ATM and withdraw/deposits .

I visited agency on 35th Ave and Northern in Phoenix , AZ on February 2, 2023 to request some papers from my bank account and while the bank teller tried to help me when she asked for help from her manager Jackie, she the manager, refused to help her therefore refused to help me. I hope as minimun the manager gets some serious training to correct her "skills"

stole all of my money and then told me i would have to "make a withdrawal" to get it back!! Terrible service!! But Billy was good, ask for Billy <3333

Literally every time I come into the bank to do something with my elderly parents' account I have to bring my power of attorney documentation with me. They scan it and send it to their back office for processing then a few days later they'll call to tell me I can come back in. This is the third time I've given them this documentation in the last few years. They already had the trust documentation on file showing me as a trustee of my parents' trust. The trust owns these accounts yet they won't help me until they process the power of attorney documents for the third time. If it weren't for the hassle of having to change all the bills that are set up for autopay I would move everything to a different bank.

I added my husband to my checking account last Saturday. Give them his worker authorization ID, SSN, bank statement with address to show proof of residency and foreign passport. The branch did not scan or upload the bank statement or passport. So now my account is restricted and pending to close. I only found out when my debit card was declined and Zelle wouldn't work. The bank never told me anything. Literally spent 2 hours in the branch and they didn't do their job right. I have opened an account at BofA. I won't be trusting this bank to handle my money ever again.

lousy customer service! I went yesterday and they didn't find a solution for me. Chase bank has 1,446 dollars of mine and they don't want to give it to me, they just want to give me 100 a day! burglars ! I have called customer service someone to help me from a lawyer! for me to get my money back!

What a horrible mess!! Only 3 tellers and one banker everything is incredibly slow, and they charge 12 dollars a month just for an account what a rip off. Called multiple times to schedule an appointment but nobody answered the phone, go in and the two office people were just chillin

My mother came into this bank on Jan. 25th and had to take care of an issue on her account. She met this Teller at this bank 35ave and Northern, and took really great care of her. My mom felt that she could be a manager how she handled her. She just wanted the bank to realize what a great employee this Teller was. Her name was Cindy D. My mom banks at Chase, which was Valley National bank when we moved to Phx back in 1979. She Just wanted to thank Cindy D. for taking great care of her. Thank you.

Not much to review here. Pulled up, used the ATM and left. No complaints.
