Took my money out 30 years ago for poor service. Needed to find out today if this branch had a Notary Public. Called 7 times in an hour and kept getting a message that they were all tied up and to try back or call their 800 #. That number produced the same results with the addition to request a call back which I did. When I got the call back and pushed "1" to speak to a rep I got no further connection for 10 min before hanging up. How is Chase even still in business?
This is the brach I go to weekly and I love all the employees. Great customer service thankyou guys
Would give it zero stars if possible. It’s a miracle that chase is still in existence. The level of incompetence and unwillingness to help is insane. I can’t think of anything else that I hate more than having to deal with Chase. Whether it’s over the phone or in one of their branches they are always clueless when you need them.
I admit I was scared about previous comments. I went to this branch and I was immediately welcomed by a person who asked me how they could helped me out. They redirected me towards the right person. The bank teller was very cordial and discreet. She was able to help me with my request. I am quite happy with my experience.
Horrible customer service. This branch is useless. They make you feel like you are robbing your own money. What a production to withdrawal your own money. They made it seem like I was taking out millions lmao Very dramatic and useless. The older woman with the glasses is miserable and a complete loser!
This is the worst chase branch I ever visited. On two occasions I was treated rudely by a teller named Theo and another woman I don't remember her name. I had to make a complaint to headquarters. They make you feel like a criminal trying to get your money from your account. I left that branch and will avoid it like a plague. What a shame to the Chase brand, I would definitely close my account if this was the only branch I had to deal with.
I was baking there for years, and I use to say that chase bank was the best customer service ever So sad I was there today and I am not sure if was a secury guard or a worker that he asked if I was finished my transition? Was very rude that they ask me that well I was counting my money from the drawer machine! Make me feel very uncomfortable Never coming back again
This branch is the worst in the city. I have banked at this Chase for 7 years, and have visited many others in Queens, Bronx, and Manhattan. This is the only one that makes you feel like a criminal when you make a transaction. They require your banking card and code simply to change money to higher denominations, even though you've been a customer there for a long, long time and show them the receipt from the ATM. I avoid going there as much as possible. I prefer to be treated with dignity.
Forget the other reviewers...they know nothing. Mostly tourists who are used to things always working right in Stamford or locals annoyed with tourists looking lost and blocking the sidewalk by suddenly stopping in moving flow of busy busy humanity rushing to get nowhere really important. Check out the nice windows and cool air on hot days or hot air on frigid days or dry ceiling on rainy days. The ATM mostly works if not rigged or broken by the tourists. Ask the manager to use their bathroom but clean up after yourself....the staff are not your serfs.
Carol, who is, I guess, the manager of this branch treated me inappropriately. Instead of helping me look for a solution, she treated me in advance as a person who was definitely wrong. I recommend avoiding this branch.
