Poor costumer satisfaction. They do not know how to communicate and the manager was talking to me like she was in street. One of agents was dressed in Dorty clothes and was talking like a gangster. Is not safe to be in that TD bank.

This branch and all the people that work in it are helpful, patient, and have been a godsend during openings of businesses and also during the pandemic and taking care of me personally and helping me through a lot of processes. Extra shout out to Mathew and Liliana

Shana assisted us with opening an account and she was terrific, very attentive and kind. Security guard helped us sign in, Kareem and he made it easy and safe for the customers. Overall it is best banking experience we had, specially in time of Covid that banks are closed.

The black teller I encountered was very rude and unhelpful!

Great customer Service and well by the staff at the 26St a & 7th Ave branch. They are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.I enjoy it every time there.

Although I don't like the change in fee structures of TD banks, the customer service here has consistently been top notch - professional, courteous and thorough. Of course the free pens or candy or coin banks are nice too.

They offer free notary service. So nice.
