Danielle and Greg goes above and beyond to help their customers. They are very professional, helpful and knowledge. They really love their job and that is evident in their rapport with customers. I must say that their customer service is outstanding. Great job guys!!!

Courteous service. A few parking spaces if people would move along.

Both the bank Teller and floor representative we're very kind . As well as, professional! My only problem is that the ATM machines don't take any more than $2,000 worth in cash or check deposits. With no signs to clearly indicate.

The worst Chase branch that I have ever been to in my life!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.. And there's never enough staff. I was a teller at Chase years ago, & we had GREAT customer service. I'm not sure what's going on with this branch. If your in the area, go to the one up the block. It's MUCH BETTER!!

The customer service, with the exception of the greeter, was weak at best.

Staff is sweet, could use improvement in the parking lot cause it can get hectic. There’s always people selling candy outside

Parking is at most times full. Sometimes long wait time other times I was in and out in minutes. Not as bad as other bank branches I have dealt with.
