Horrible experience. I was trying to deposit a company's check into a client's account. I wrote the client's name in black ink while at the window, the rest of the check in blue ink at my office and they denied me from depositing the check in the account because it was in two different colors of ink. I will never go there again. 8 months pregnant and tired I had to walk out after waiting on line for 20 minutes. SMH. So angry.
Employees are literally just following policy aka doing their jobs and the public doesn't like policy's. If any complaints, it would be about the higher ups making the employees do the dirty work. Another reason, the low reviews are 4-5+ years old. Reviews that old should not apply anymore. Banks are all sucky because of the system they all put in place but the employees need more credit especially dealing with the public of that specific area. Flatbush itself is a zoo with unethical folks.
I had never entered a bank with such bad customer treatment ....... I made my appointment more than a month in advance and when I arrived they told me that they could not attend me that the person of the appointment did not exist ...... it is the worst customer service do not go to that bank I went to TD bank and they were very kind I did what I had to do in less than 15 minutes
Was told to come here from another branch so I could be helped, just for me to travel 30 minutes and be told I’d need to schedule an appointment. Customer service was and will always be trash with BOA.
Best Banking Experience I ever had with Teller Ralph
Twice I’ve made an appointment w/ the notary at this location. Twice they have cancelled on me only when I’ve entered the door. They keep asking for patience and understanding, but I’ve run outta both
There has to be a way to alert customers when no tellers are available. I sent an employee to deposit on 7/28/22 only to find, no teller service. I'm calling on 7/29/22 to confirm if teller service is available before I go, no one picks up. SO ANNOYING
Have never had a issue in 18 years
The vestibule alone makes this place somewhere you don’t ever want to be. It’s usually dirty. People use it as a waiting area for the bus so walking by you might think the vestibule is full and would have to use the line ATM on the back of the building. At night like any other ATM vestibule, there’s usually one or two homeless people in there sleeping. Some laying right at the door, so you’d have to step around them to use the ATM.
With 2 stars I'm being generous They usually have one teller at the window with workers walking around and the back and a greeter up front not doing anything. THERE SHOULDNT BE LONG LINES This location really needs to prioritize plus the customer service is horrible -- I could understand being the only person working at the window.
