This is a horrible branch! They always have a long line and the  tellers are rude!

Very busy. Unorganized. Line is up to the door..and it’s soon the closing time.

I think the customer service here is great, no on here has shown attitude to me or been rude. Lines are usually long but there's nothing wrong with the place.

Only because I couldn't give zero stars! Skip and take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Worst service ever, nothing against capital one but the staff at this location needs immediate retraining in customer service.

Horrendous experience. Tellers are rude. Bankers with attitude. Nasty people. Especially the two Jerome's. Closing all my accounts there.

Horrible location!!!
