Terrible customer service. Bank closes at 5pm. I entered the bank at 4:45 pm and was refused to be given access to my safe deposit box to obtain my passport which I needed today ASAP. While the teller was very nice and accommodating, employee named Megan manager? made a decision not to serve bank’s customers without any prior notice of early closing. Bad. You shouldn’t be serving customers.
1-2hr waits to speak to a teller…. Not enough bankers at this location.
The lady teller in the middle is rude - raising her voice unnecessarily with a tone of attitude. I imagine her as a recently recruited employee years back - being happy, kind, and helpful, now cut back to the present into this kind of person. 1 star is solely for her, I rarely leave a review, she should be proud of this. And 5 star rating to the person on my left next to her, who is very helpful and understanding, keep up a good work. I really appreciate you.
The lady teller Was very rude and was blaming me for She had a very nasty attitude trying to ask for a simple thing to do She said that I want her to lose her job .... And she will be thrown in the streets .... Who talks this way to a customer?? Very very strange experience Not recommend at all ......... Standing next to me was to gentleman That tride to deposit a check and cash it with out a" I D " And the" super nice " lady found a way to help them cash it with out l of course loosing her job
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Been useing this bank for over 5 years. Very polite, reasonably fast service.
This is the worst branch ive ever been to. They wouldnt deposit any of my checks bc it didn’t have inc at the end of the company name. I deposited checks earlier the same way at a different branch perfectly fine. The branch manager Diana and the teller kept giving certain type of people a hard time while i was online.
A line practically out the door, 2 windows staffed out of 8 possible, bad attitudes and slow service. Update 1: Business window is staffed but as I approach and I am rudely told she's not open. Went to deposit about 20 checks and had to be done one by one, taking a very long time. Update 2: 8 Windows available, only 1 actually open, 11 people in line. Someone sitting at the business window but not actually seeing anyone so you waste your time in line there until they deem you worthy of acknowledgement to tell you to wait in the insane line.
This branch is ok, my visits are pretty quick, I'm in and I'm out, finding parking is the only issue for me.
Absolute worst service by far. Even though this location is one block away from home I will make the extra trip to go to another chase bank location. I could not get to through their phones to make an appointment. I went into their bank lication and signed up for assistance. Their representatives were ineffective with their communication, and timing. I was forced to wait over an hour for my appointment only to be told that I would not be able to be accommodated after all. Luckily I was able to get through on the phone to the chase on eastern prkw and they accommodated me in less than 5 minutes.
They have about 8 people working but only two cashiers. My partner and I noted this when a worker came to us and said, "I'm an adopter and I'm sure one of the cashier's would be happy to help you soon." I don't know or care what an adopter is, all I know is that she was walking around wasting time while we were on line. They were about to charge $8 for a cashier's cheque. They've replaced the people with machines, but the humans stayed for some unknown reason. Oh, a woman just came around greeting the people on line and asking if they needed anything. They pointed that they were waiting for one of the two cashiers. Useless pseudo customer service.
