Citibank

I've been a loyal customer at Citibank for the last 8 years. Never had a problem with them. Citibank was the first bank that would call me if they notice suspicious activity. Have no complaints.

This place is not professional at all. Everytime I come it’s something new. The tellers don’t jot down things in their notes. This is really crazy. Not getting into details because its personal, but honestly you guys have to do BETTER!!!!

They fix any problem i have with my account i love this branch they the best well respected and professional employees

The worst experience ever! People are very slow in this branch! Don’t waist your time, go to another bank or branch!

Sofia FITh she doesn’t know nothing about the Citi bank products and she is very unprofessional. Very sad!!!!

If I can give zero stars I would The most unprofessional rude customer service I ever encountered ever, on top of that only two tellers open on an FRIDAY line is literally out the door. Take your money elsewhere !

This branch is very busy even when they are Empty. Lack of common courtesy and the simple question "Are you being helped? "is rare, bank advisors are either walking by in they own world or hiding behind the computer .Tellers are attentive and helpful
