It's one thing to support black businesses, but when there's poor Customer Service it's a huge problem. The manager Rona is extremely rude and shows no empathy what so ever! Better leadership and representation is needed at that branch.

There patience with helping me and courteous

I hate this bank it is always and always slow. The tellers sure take their time to help you. They could have a line and they still make jokes. The female tellers are the real slow ones. There is only one male  teller I seen with a serious face every day but he gets the job done.

Sorry, but the customer service was "Disappointing" maybe you will have a different experience.
