No problems noted. No wait time. Staff were present though I opted for an automated teller. I typically have no issues with Chase Bank.
Vanessa Martinez is the best banker there, she provided me with excellent service. I've had my ups and downs w this chase bank branch.
This Branch is filthy. This is not surprising at all, they cater to the demographics, if this were Brooklyn Heights or Manhattan Beach it would be a totally different outcome. We should all know that by now.
Good luck finding parking here. If you can drive to another location. Last Friday I searched for parking for 20 minutes. I ended giving up and returned another day. The bank is good, but why they chose this so busy location?
