Avoid this bank at all costs. The people working here are fine. If you have to deal with phone support, you are doomed. Doomed! I closed my account after one month where Citi could not solve the most basic problems. Bye Citi.

Horrible service. One sales representative helping 6 people at a time and they will tell you any excuse to not be bothered in opening a business account. They make it very difficult to open accounts. I also came in @3pm, they made me come the next day and still did not want to open any accounts due to their complicated id verification.

Doesn't answer phone calls

Had me waiting for over half an hour and customer service is terrible

Account Representative are not helpful at all. Don't go there if this bank is not the bank you open an account with.You will not get any help from them.
