Flushing Savings Bank

I like this bank. Representatives are nice and helpful, willing to accommodate our needs even when we missed grace period for auto renewals. Rates are competitive, waiting line usually is not long, their center location in Midwood and hours are very convenient they are even open on Sundays.

Worst service,rude staff especially Bussines Banking Manager,i had a Bussines account fraud activity on my acc they didnt pay my loss never manage your money with them such a awful Bank she didnt even care about my loss super rude staff

Bank is alright. A little dated and the hours are not as great as the other big banks.

Awful the website has a different opening hours as is on the door of the Ave J location. I paid a cab to get to the location 45 minutes before the 7pm. As I got there I discovered the door is closed and the time on the door says, close at 6pm.
