Great Service, they service coffee while you're waiting for customer representative. Usually they have many bank officers to assist, so waiting time is not long. Mortgage officer Esther is very experienced and very good to provide with all the answers.

Wait time to long they have 1 or 2 tellers sometimes that take hours to take another customer, slow service , and they should make this branch a better service by providing more customer service and tells especially waiting for a customer services for hourse this is so unprofessional

The people who work here are very unhelpful. 10+ people in branch sitting around talking to themselves and not helping customers. Teller line usually backed up and apologizing for wait. Would not go here again if could avoid

The Russian manager has a very bad attitude.

Lousy customer service. My father, who is an elderly gentleman, was waiting for an officer. When the officer arrived, he took care someone else who had come in after my father. The officer claimed that the other fellow "was there from before". Chase can do better. Hire competent people!
