Chase Bank

Met with the banker, he and his manager could not figure out how to give me a copy of a wire.. unprofessinal

Visited this branch for a while. Bankers handled my needs promptly but they were a bit too busy, due to which I spent more time there than I had planned. At times the tellers can be not quite friendly. Otherwise safe and trustworthy.

This is one of the worst locations the should have left the one on eastern parkway and closed this one. Only 2 ATM available after closing and most.of the time only one works. And the line to use the atm is just disgusting always super long.

You should not have to wait this long for customer service. And most of the time their just sitting there.

Always busy and managing stuff wouldn't even stop in to make the line go faster , location is dirty most of the time. And ATMs are always out or busy because there is not enough tellers. Would not visit atm area if dis not have to.

Day or night, there's always a line out the door for an ATM. Even though this is the most convenient location for me, I avoid it when I can.

They need to fix this bank up. It looks dreadful, doesn't even look like a place of business when you walk by. It's sad that's this is a representation of the Chase company! Now on to the real issues, the lines are pretty long, and if u have to see a Banker you will be sitting there for a long time.
