It’s not my original bank but I still love it one of the tellers she’s very very respectful and very nice lady never have a problem I love banking there..

Do not use this bank , they have not reinstated hours at branches and you are forced to use only ATMs , and if you have a problem at the ATM , they will tell you you are out of luck ... I am $400 out of luck

RUN AWAY. I tried to refinance my mortgage with them and it took OVER 5 MONTHS due to their sloppy work and slow turnaround turns.

The service is HORRIFIC ESPECIALLY trying to reach by phone...I’m on hold for over an hour now, and no one has yet to answer, and when they did I was already on hold for an hour Didn’t want to do it BUT CHASE HERE I COME

This is the worst bank in America,unprofessional,lazy and ride..

Untrustworthy bank that leaves me never response my inquires, whether in email or message. Delay mortgage processing on purpose for changing extra dollars.

I went here yesterday, thinking at least o could get cash and both atms were not working. It was a waste of trip.
